Nancy Kelly is an accomplished Human Resource professional whose background and skills span a variety of industries including communications and technology, pharmaceuticals, and large market consumer retail. Much of Kelly’s career includes senior management positions with responsibility for diverse corporate environments having multiple widespread locations.

Kelly has held executive level human resource positions of global responsibility for companies of varying size, including McKesson Corporation, Philips Consumer Communications, and Metrocall Corporation. Prior to joining GENBAND in 2005, she was Vice President Human Resources for Media Fusion and Voyager Expanded Learning

Kelly holds an MBA degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Dallas as well as practical expertise in Dispute Resolutions from the Southern Methodist University Graduate Program.
